Refund & Return Policy

Effective: December 19, 2025

1) Window & eligibility

  • Timing: You may return most new, unused items within 60 days of the order date.

  • Condition: Please keep items unused when reasonably possible and include manuals, cables/hoses, mounting hardware, and any bundled accessories or bonuses.

  • Proof: An order number or receipt is required.

2) What’s not returnable

  • Items clearly used, damaged by misuse, or missing essential parts.

  • Installed consumables (e.g., water filters) once opened, unless defective on arrival.

  • Any item sent back without prior authorization.

3) Who pays return shipping?

  • Change of mind / wrong size: Customer pays return freight.

  • Our error or DOA on arrival: We’ll cover reasonable return costs once verified.

4) Start a return (quick email)

Email support@actionappliancesalesandservice.us with your Order #, the item(s), and a one-line reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address.

Please don’t ship items without authorization—unidentified parcels may be refused.

5) Exchanges

Need a different model or size? Request an exchange within the 60-day window (subject to inventory). Sometimes the fastest path is return + new order—we’ll advise.

6) Refund timing

Once the return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks/card issuers typically post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.

7) Shipment issues (damaged, missing, incorrect)

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.

8) Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). If the order has shipped, please use the return steps above.
